I've often stayed here many times and although it's in a great location what really shines about this place is the staff because if you stay here for an extended period of time such as several days they tend to get to know you pretty quickly since they always have the same employees and for my understanding these employees are all family. They're very understanding and to my knowledge I think they recently did or underwent some renovations on the place they have a very family-oriented business so you know that if there's anything going on you can always call and talk to somebody who knows you and they always always watch the cameras in case there's anything going on for everybody's safety. They have an excellent price and they're usually always on no vacancy because everybody in the area is trying to get a room here because they have the best price and it never changes unlike motel 6. My favorite part about this place though the most unsuspecting perk of staying at deluxe and that is the amazing and very friendly maids that come and clean the room or give you new towels. These women are so polite they are so sweet and they really brighten my day every time I see them when I'm here. The hotel itself is pretty great however due to the area that it's located in which is right off 35 and seminary there is a lot of people in the neighborhood surrounding deluxe that are kind of sketchy but that's to be expected on the side of town. This place is great for the price and for the experience

The rooms are clean. Its definitely an older motel. Furniture is warn and older the rooms are scattered with different items (furniture wise). There are fridges and microwaves I'm most of them. No stoves or anything like that but I They do have nice little kitchenish area by the bathroom. Where there is sink and cabinets and counter space. It is an outdoor motel no inner halls. Staff is ok can be rude at times. Your not allowed visitors or guests or any traffic AT ALL!!! they will kick you out when you try to pay the next day if they think you have to many people coming to your room. Plenty of parking no pool. Plenty of places to walk top in the area around and things of food options.
